<\/a>I wish to become a MERCURA customer, how do I place the first order ?<\/h2>\n
You have to send us your order with your invoice and delivering details (if there are different) by mail at commercial@mercura.fr<\/a>or by fax at +33 (0)2.54.56.80.00. Please submit also your SIRET number, your intra-community VAT number, your APE code and your IBAN code. As soon as your customer account is open, you will receive a receipt of the order which will precise the time of delivery.<\/div>\n

<\/a>Through which carrier will I receive the products I ordered ?<\/h2>\n

MERCURA delivers directly to the clients through carriers : mainly by TNT Jet Services or GEFCO.<\/p>\n

You can trace them via internet, you will then be able to receive permanent information on their location.

<\/a>How to return a defective product ?<\/h2>\n

To return a faulty product, please follow the procedure below:<\/p>\n

– Fill out the form “Product return authorisation request<\/a>” on our website<\/p>\n

– Once registered, we will send you as soon as possible an e-mail with your return agreement number of (RMA) and the procedure to follow<\/p>\n

– Once we have accepted to take care of the product to return, send your products in a protected package with the RAM number on it.<\/p>\n

<\/a>How can I know if my product is still under warranty ?<\/h2>\n

To know if your product is still under warranty, it is important to identify its references (#article code, serial number, year, etc) when you do a product return authorisation request. We will then indicate you if your product is still under warranty and if it is, for how long.<\/p>\n

A warranty variates between 1 to 5 years according to the model.<\/p>\n

To find your product references, \u00a0refer to its invoice.<\/p>\n
