How do I place an order?

If you wish to place an order with Mercura, nothing could be simpler, just follow the steps below !

1st Step.

Have your customer account created for free :

If you already have an account number with Mercura, please skip this stage.

To have your customer account created, please provide the following information:

  • Invoice Address and Delivery Address (if different) 
  • Contact Name
  • Telephone number
  • Fax number
  • Email Address
  • VAT Number
  • IBAN N° and SWIFT Code
  • Bank Name and Address
 Billing address :
  • Phone number
  • Fax
  • E-mail

Delivery address :

  • Phone number
  • Fax
  • E-mail
  • Bank account

 

Step 2.

Down-load the order form below.

Step 3.

Fill in the Item Code and quantity required, then sign, date and stamp your order.

 

Step 4.

Step 5.

On receipt of your order form, our sales department will be in contact with you and will send you the corresponding order confirmation with expected lead-time.
